Falmira ("the App") is an AI-powered entertainment application offering coffee cup reading, tarot, astrology, palm reading and dream interpretation. It is developed and operated by ZOA Global Tech LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Summary: Your profile lives on your device. Photos you submit for a reading are sent to an AI service to generate your interpretation and are not used to identify you. We do not sell your personal data. Readings are for entertainment purposes only.

1. Information We Collect

Profile information you provide: name, birth date, gender, relationship status and similar optional details. These are stored locally on your device and are included in AI requests solely to personalize your reading.
Photos you submit: coffee cup, tea cup or palm photos you choose to upload. They are transmitted securely to our AI processing provider to generate a text description and interpretation. We do not use them for identification and we do not maintain a photo database of our users.
Reading history: your past readings are stored locally on your device so the App can show your history and provide continuity between readings.
Purchase data: if you buy credits or subscriptions, the transaction is processed by the app store. We receive non-identifying purchase confirmations (no card numbers).
Advertising identifiers: if you use the free version, Google AdMob may process your device advertising ID to serve ads.

2. How We Use Information

To generate personalized entertainment content with AI language models.
To operate app features: credits, daily rewards, reading history, notifications you request.
To show ads (free tier) and process purchases (app store billing).
To fix bugs and improve stability.

3. What We Do NOT Do

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We do not use your photos for advertising, model training datasets we control, or identification.
We do not collect your precise location.
We do not require an account, e-mail or phone number to use the App.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following processors, each governed by its own privacy policy:

AI text & image interpretation — your reading inputs (profile fields, photo, notes) are processed by large-language-model providers to produce your reading.
App store billing / RevenueCat — purchases and subscription status.
Google AdMob — advertising (free tier). You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
Firebase (Google) — remote configuration only; no personal profile data is stored there.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your profile and reading history are stored on your device, deleting the App (or using Settings → Delete Account inside the App) removes them. Photos are processed transiently to generate your reading and are not retained by us afterwards.

6. Children

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will assist.

7. Entertainment Disclaimer & Nature of the Service

Falmira is an entertainment and self-reflection application. All readings, interpretations and messages are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment purposes only.

Falmira does not predict the future, does not claim knowledge of hidden or future events, and does not offer clairvoyance, divination or supernatural services of any kind. Our content interprets symbols, imagery and archetypes to encourage personal reflection — nothing more. No text produced by the app should be read as a statement of fact about events that have not happened.

Falmira does not constitute medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and must not be used as a basis for any such decision. If you need support in these areas, please consult a qualified professional.

The people shown as “readers” in the app are fictional AI personas. They are not real fortune-tellers, psychics or advisors, and no human reads your content on your behalf.

8. Security

All network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Local data is stored in your device's application sandbox.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, and material changes will be reflected in the "Effective date" above.
